A Beautiful text I want to share with you💙💖

Updated: May 3

Hello Everyone,

How are you in this beginning summer? Not too crazy with the children at home? For me it’s intense but not the same thing like the school routine: prepare the lunch boxes, wake up early, a crazy rhythm… I wish you a beautiful summer.🌞🌞

Now I could read more and write a little when they are in the pool🐠🐬 (no worries I have a look at them because I write/read close to them😊🤪). And I found a beautiful article related to the feelings of the parents about their autistic children. I want to share it with you because I really have the same feeling than the author and, I think it ‘s the same for a lot of parents of atypical children (not only for the autistic children but for all the atypical children).

This is the link of this article :

It was a very sensitive text and it touched me a lot! It’s exactly what I think: we don’t have to apologize for the behaviour of our children! For me, it’s so important to respect all of the particularities of the people. And I really hope that other people have the same way of thinking…But, as this father said, it’s not what happened in real life. Unfortunately, some people (sometimes a lot 🤪) aren’t so tolerant…Maybe they are scared about the things, the feelings, the persons they don’t understand!

The lack of knowledge is sadly a source of anxiety, fear! And so, the difference is seeing as a bad thing: “you are different so, we can’t be friends”! It’s a very basic image but it’s often the reality…It’s so sad because our children are so amazing and people could miss a beautiful moment of sharing….

And in a different way, sometimes people judge without knowing the situation, problems, or the way that your mind works. For example, I remember, in France sometimes people told me that my little princess (my apergirl😉) had loosed her temper because she watched the tv all the day ( it was wrong. the tv in our home is always on… my kids watch it sometimes but they play, they do other things without watching it!!).

So I would like to say that sometimes people are very rude to us, with our children and it’s really hard for them because they don’t understand why…sometimes we don’t understand too🤨. And this article explains it very well!

And the most important thing in this article is “WE DON’T HAVE TO APOLOGIZE “ because it’s really crucial to highlight this thing!! A lot of parents (in the past, I was!) felt ashamed about some behaviours of our kids. It’s a human feeling: some days are very hard for us, physically and spiritually!! But we don’t have to feel this feeling..it’s not fair: we do all that we could for our kids….we love them 💙💖. Other people do the same for their children so they could understand better…but sometimes, not!! And it’s really sad and very painful to live every day with this look on you and your kids!!

Please try to understand all of the different people and accept all those people as they are!! Everybody is amazing (particularly our atypical kids 😉).

I hope that this article will open a lot of minds and in the future, I hope that we will all live in harmony💖💙💖💙.

Finally I would like to emphasize the beautiful message of love from this father to his son!!! It’s so so cute and very «touching». It’s so beautiful to see a big big love in this rude world: it’s like a big quantity of hope💖💖💖💖💖💖💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Feel free to share with me, books, articles….that are important for you, that help you!! It could help other atypical people, family…..

1…2…3…Let’s Share!!!!😊😊😊😊
